Good Bye!!

Another year has come and gone. Unbelievable!! I hope you all enjoyed Culinary Arts II this year. I know I did! My hope is that you continue to cook and become more comfortable with cooking and trying new recipes. I wish you all a wonderful summer and have fun in high school! Maybe someday, in the far away distant future,  you will share one of the recipes we made in class with your children and think of this class. Much love.

Today students began an Event Planning activity. I have attached the directions for the project and a sample of a presentation if they need to refer to it. Their presentations will be on Monday, May13th.

Exploring Culinary II has started cooking!

So far we have made Nutella Rice Krispie Treats and Banana Bread. This week we are focusing on working with yeast and making Artisan Bread and Cheddar Twists. Here are some pictures from our first lab.

Welcome 2nd Semester Students

Welcome to all Exploring Culinary II students for Spring semester! It should be a fun semester. We reviewed safety procedures this past week, and students will take a Safety Test next week. We will cover measuring techniques and cook for the first time next week!
