Welcome to Culinary Arts 2

Welcome back to Foods class!!! I am so happy you are part of Culinary Arts 2 (also known as Advanced Foods class). We will be doing a lot of cooking and learning about a variety of foods and nutrition topics. You can check this site for the upcoming agenda, look up recipes, replace forms and find links to more online resources. If you have a question, you can post a comment. Just as in Culinary Arts 1, you will need to take and pass a Safety Test before you can cook. If you have your papers from last year, those may be helpful when reviewing for that test. I'm looking forward to a great semester!

Good Bye!!

Another year has come and gone. Unbelievable!! I hope you all enjoyed Culinary Arts II this year. I know I did! My hope is that you continue to cook and become more comfortable with cooking and trying new recipes. I wish you all a wonderful summer and have fun in high school! Maybe someday, in the far away distant future,  you will share one of the recipes we made in class with your children and think of this class. Much love.
